二 | 国务院台办发言人朱凤莲当日就此答记者问表示，此次启用M503航线W122、W123衔接航线由西向东运行，是为缓解有关地区航班增长压力，保证飞行安全，减少航班延误，保障旅客权益，对两岸同胞都有利。　　朱凤莲介绍说，民航局1月30日对外宣布，自2月1日起取消M503航线自北向南运行的飞行偏置措施。后续，民航局还将启用M503航线W122、W123衔接航线由西向东运行，提升空域运行效率。　　朱凤莲指出，M503航线位于上海飞行情报区内，设立和启用这一航线是大陆民航空域管理的一项常规工作。M503航线取消飞行偏置以来，总体运行安全平稳，切实改善了两岸航班运营，进一步便利了两岸人员往来。
